In previous blogs I have described cycling between 4 cathedral cities (Salisbury, Winchester, Rochester, Canterbury) and one Cathedral town (Guildford). Following the vogue for patching together long distance routes with a catchy title, how about a 'Five Cathedrals Cycle Route' from Salisbury to Canterbury. (If you count the tall-spired church at Ranmore as 'the cathedral of the Downs', that would make it six.) Here's a map of this potential route.
