Did another 60-mile cycle training run, (see previous
blog). The route took me out through Tilford, Alice Holt Forest, Binsted, Rake, Fernhurst, Witley. Route map
here . Deliberately stuck (mainly) to tarmac, choosing quiet roads where possible. Started at 9am finished at 6pm: too many snack stops.
